In this project we see what happens when you cut up a border print to use in patchwork. Project is suitable for all levels of sewing experience. Fabric used is A Year of Art-Autumn by Jason Yenter for in the beginning fabrics

Requirements
Fabric requirements are based on 112cm (44”) wide
Table Runner
1.2m (1 1/3yds) Border print fabric
1m (1 1/8yds) Backing fabric or
50cm (1/2yd) of Wideback fabric
50cm (1/2yd) Wadding at least 240cm wide
(we used cotton wadding)
40cm (3/8yd) binding fabric
Other supplies
Neutral thread for piecing (we used Rasant colour #0831)
Thread for Quilting (optional)
(we used Wonderfil Tutti colour #034)
Size 1 curved safety pins
Rotary cutter, quilters ruler & cutting mat
8 ½” Equilateral Triangle ruler
Clover wonder clips (optional) and/or pins
